Hog Roasts are becoming an increasingly popular alternative to bar-b-q's, buffets and other formats of traditional outdoor catering. They are great fun and the Hog Roast operation is an event in itself. Cooked to perfection, the meat is carved straight from the oven giving you the confidence of a freshly prepared product every time.

We only use pigs reared on our own farm at Slighouses in the Hog Roast so you have the additional assurance that you're getting the best quality and value for money for your event or celebration. We are able to offer a variety of additional meats including Lamb and large Joints of beef - you choose, we supply and we cook.

We operate several types of Hog Roasts, a larger unit which is ideal for Country Fairs, Carnivals, Outdoor Events and easily caters for over 1,500 people. It comes complete with beverage making facilities - ideal for those cappuccinos and skinny lattes - mobile food preparation and servery - and of course, the catering crew!

For large indoor events and venus we have a large hog roast oven to cater for banquets, parties and functions of any size. Our small Hog Roast oven is best suited for small outdoor parties and is an ideal alternative to the traditional barbeque and caters for 50-80 people - so if you have the space and the crowd - then we've got the best Hog Roast equipment on the go!
